Pasta with Vegetarian Meat Sauce

This recipe – if I could even call it that – is basically cheating. It’s more like throwing things together quickly to make a meal.

Brown rice pasta with “meat” sauce

Regardless of what you want to call this pasta with “meat” sauce, it is delicious, filling, quick, plant-based and a complete protein source.
