My Fave Granola

This granola is seriously the best. It's perfect over yogurt, with milk or even as a snack by itself. This granola will store in an airtight container for a few weeks.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips 
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Dash of sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Just mix everything together and spread out evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake granola in the oven at 350 F for about 25-30 minutes, tossing every ten minutes or so. Granola will be golden brown when ready.
